Kaspar is a self-taught film director born in the outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark..
Kaspar has worked as an international artist, graphic designer, furniture designer and as a film editor of numerous short films and documentaries, before he directed his first feature length documentary, "The Invention of Dr. NakaMats" in 2009.
Since then, Kaspar has written and directed more than 10 documentary films ranging from children’s stories to social realistic stories from places that are rarely portrayed in documentaries. Kasper’s films have been selected for more than 50 international film festivals and have won numerous awards and nominations in most international territories.
In 2014 Kaspar established the Danish production company Good Company pictures together with the producers Katrine Sahlstrøm and Patricia Drati, as well as directors Boris Bertram and Katrine Philp. Good Company Pictures produces creative, character-driven documentaries and besides directing films in the company, Kaspar also Executive Produces films in the company.
